We are dedicated to making the most durable, highest quality merchandise. If you feel your Silipint(s) are defective, let us make it right. We will replace defective Silipints or give you credit. Replacement and/or credit is limited to the invoice cost of the item, does not include shipping charges, and we cannot reproduce custom cups that you got at an event with the exact same artwork. We promise to do our very best to make this right.
Returns & Exchanges
If you find quality issues regarding merchandise or your custom print, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will facilitate returns, exchanges or credits as needed, minus shipping charges.
