When you log in to your account, from your Dashboard you can click to change your account settings, view all orders in our database and update your address(es) or payment method(s). Please note that we switched platforms in October 2015 so any orders placed prior to then will not show up. You can call us if you’d like to review any past orders however.
We aim to efficiently process all web orders through our system in 1-2 business days, and due to the volumes and timing constraints in our shipping department, in most cases, unfortunately, we cannot react quickly enough to accommodate changes in your order after it is placed online.
